Things to do TODAY:

Buy yourself some time to get the invitations together. As soon as you book with us, send out a save the date card to your guests. For a fun, free, electronic save the date card try Punchbowl. - Send Invitations
If you’ve sent a save the date, you can mail printed invitations two weeks before your party. If you haven’t sent a save the date, Emily Post suggests mailing invitations one month before the event.

- Develop a Menu
Real Simple suggests you make only easy, impressive food. Keep it simple so that you can enjoy your guests instead of running back and forth to the kitchen. Bring the (snow) cones indoors — rent our snow cone machines and let kids and adults invent chilly winter flavor combinations. - Make a Playlist
